Wish He Was Mine
Maks Trevor feels as if his life has no point, like no one cares for him, unless they're making fun of him for being gay. Someone usually not close to Maks, Samuel Stark, starts to notice him.

Wish He Was Mine

I stared across the hardly crowded locker room at him. He was so perfect, the only one I dreamed about. His name was Samuel Stark. My name was Maks Trevor. I was too tall for my age, with black hair and blue-grey eyes. He was a bit overweight with grey eyes and faded blond hair. He was perfect.
Just as I did every day, I watched him pull his shirt off. His stomach hung over the brim of his shorts a bit. Everything moved in slow motion as he laughed at a joke that his friend made. I looked at the skin draped tightly over his form. I wished I was closer to that skin, touching it lightly with my fingers. I then watched his lips as they pronounced sweet words. I wished I could close my lips over his. Wished I could fit my tongue between his teeth and taste the inside of his mouth.
I came back to reality and took a much-needed drink of water from the water fountain. Gym class was killing me softly. It was nothing compared to what happened after gym class. The people in the locker room, I mean, not me longing for Sam.
"Move fag," snapped a jock behind me, pushing me. I fell sideways, away from the water fountain. Everyone in the locker room laughed. Everyone but Sam.
My eyes met his lips again as he spoke the words, "Guys, stop. Leave him alone."
He then came and helped me up, still without a shirt. I wiped myself off as the jock who had pushed me sniggered and said, "Put a shirt on, Sam. He's gonna get hard."
"You'd like that, wouldn't you?" I yelled at the jock. "I may be gay, but what does it say about you if you have nothing better to do than make fun of me?"
The jock stepped closer to me and then pushed me against the wall, holding me there. "You better keep your mouth shut queer, or I'll shut it for you!"
I was unphased by the jock's action. I was used to this type of thing. That being empty threats. I looked over the jock's shoulder. Sam pulled him off me. He pushed the jock into a locker and held him to it. "Leave him alone. Seriously, guys. It's not funny to pick on people just because they don't agree with the way you live your life."
"Whatever," retorted the jock. He and the other jocks left the locker room, and I was suddenly alone with Sam. My Sam. I wanted to hold him against a locker and brush my body against his still half-naked body.
"You okay?" Sam asked.
I nodded. "Yeah. I'm fine."
"Are you sure?" He asked.
He seemed to be very concerned, but it was Sam, so it didn't bother me. "Yeah. Really, I'm good."
"Okay. Just making sure," smiled Sam. He slipped a shirt on and left the locker room. "See you later, Maks?"
"Yeah. See you later," I said, my heart pounding harder than ever before.
